Larkfleet proposes New Sustainable Housing at Grantham North

Larkfleet Homes and HPC Homes held two public exhibitions during 2009 showing details of and the philosophy behind their plans for Grantham North. Following further modification to the plans to deal with points raised by attendees at the exhibitions an outline planning application was submitted in January 2010.

The application seeks approval for the development of at least 1000 dwelling houses; a continuing care retirement community, a neighbourhood centre (incorporating a primary school, primary healthcare and community assembly facilities and small scale convenience shopping; public house/lodge hotel; ancillary open space, including structural landscaping and biodiversity enhancement areas; and access works.
