The Larkfleet Group is a privately owned group of development and construction companies.

Larkfleet Land Company Ltd operates predominantly across the geopgraphical areas of Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

We are looking to acquire land which has both immediate planning potential and longer term land which will require promotion through the relevant Local Development Framework Process. This longer term land will be acquired under option agreements and promoted through planning using our in-house expertise and advising consultants.

We are particularly interested in more difficult, challenging or constrained sites where brownfield redevelopment and change of planning use may be required.

The resulting schemes may deliver open market housing projects or mixed use schemes consisting of housing, commercial and retail units.

We have experience in the promotion and delivery of exception sites where the only planning route may be to obtain consent to entirely affordable housing. Such schemes are promoted with our many Housing Association clients resulting in rented and shared ownership housing.

We are currently involved in projects which deliver accommodation and medical care for the elderly. These cover various degrees of care from active 55 year olds and over through to permanent health care supervision.

The size of site in which we are interested ranges from schemes able to deliver circa 15 to 20 residential units through t strategic land consisting of 180 plus acres.
